One line

Groceries Tracker shows a household every item on the receipt, not just the store total.

A short paragraph

Groceries Tracker is for a household that wants to see where the grocery money went. Scan a receipt and each item, price, and category lands in one shared place. Compare this month with last month, see which items cost more, and keep a list for the next shop. It runs on the web, iPhone, and Android. Free to start. No ads, and we don't sell your data.

Founder

Artem LobodanovFounder & CEO

Artem is the founder of Groceries Tracker, a grocery app he started on his own in 2023. What began as a spreadsheet he kept for a year is now used by more than 2,300 shoppers. He still builds it, designs it, and answers people himself. There are no ads, and Groceries Tracker does not sell your data.

Before the app, Artem typed every grocery item in by hand. It took too much time. He only caught mistakes later, when he went back over the numbers and they didn't add up. That was the moment he decided this should not live in a spreadsheet.

He wanted it to be for the person buying the groceries, and to make at least one part of life a bit easier. Groceries are a necessity. He kept ads out because, to him, an ad means the data is for sale, and then the customer becomes a target. He thinks of Groceries Tracker as a bank for grocery spending: a simple way to see where the money went. Another app can be free and still sell the data. Free, but at what cost?

Today Artem still runs Groceries Tracker on his own, and he stays close to the product and to the people who use it. The aim is the same as it was with the spreadsheet. Show where the grocery money went, and don't make someone pay for that with their data.
